This Privacy Notice explains what information CurbsideCraft ("CurbsideCraft", "we", "our", or "us") collects about you when you use our website www.curbsidecraft.com (the "Website") or our mobile application (the "App"), how we use this information, with whom we share it, and the choices you have in connection with this.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A.   Information We Collect From Customers.

When you use our website to visit or to reserve a brewery order we may collect your personal information. This includes when you:

1.     Contact Us. When you contact us or send us any feedback, comments, or suggestions, you will provide your name and email address.

2.     Place Your Order. When you use our Website to place your brewery order, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, address, and credit card information. All credit card payments are handled securely through the Stripe payment provider. Payments are made via Stripe directly to the brewery, but some order information will be made available to CurbsideCraft, the brewery, and Stripe in order to place your order. Credit card numbers and security details are not made available to CurbsideCraft or the brewery.

3.     Sign Up For Promotional Emails From Us. If you elect to receive promotional emails from us, we will collect your name and email address.

4.     Sign Up For Promotional Emails From Breweries. When reserving your order, you may have the option to sign-up to receive newsletters and promotional emails for the breweries of your choice. If you choose to sign-up, we will collect your name and email address.

B.    Information We Collect From Breweries.

If you are a registered brewery on our Website, we will collect personal information from you when you:

Ø  Create an Account. When you create an account on our Website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and your CurbsideCraft password.

Ø  Contact Us. When you contact us or send us any feedback, comments, or suggestions, you will need to provide your name and email address.

C.    Information Collected Automatically.

When you use our Website or App, we use cookies to automatically collect certain information about you. Cookies are text files that your browser places on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. We place "persistent" cookies (those that stay on your device for a set period of time or until you delete them) and "session" cookies (those that expire when you close your browser) on your device. In particular, our Website and App places the following cookies on your device:

Ø  Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for making use of our Website and App. These cookies include security cookies to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of our Website and App, and protect data from unauthorized parties. These cookies collect the following information from you:

Ø  Usage Information. Such as the pages you access, the frequency of access, what you click on, and when you access the Website or App.

3.     HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information for the purposes set forth below.

Ø  Service Providers. We may share Personal Information with our service providers, such as our email, hosting, and payment providers. We limit the information shared with our service providers to what is necessary to fulfill the services they are engaged for. We use SendGrid to send our emails and to analyze our email campaigns. In order for SendGrid to send emails on our behalf, we provide SendGrid with certain information about you, such as your name and email address. The SendGrid emails contain web beacons that allow us to determine if an email has been opened and which links within the email you click on. To disable this tracking, you can block the automatic loading of images in your email. We use Stripe to securely process payments, and share relevant information to complete your transaction. Stripe complies with credit card handling security requirements, and does not share secure information like full card number or security code with CurbsideCraft or the brewery. Ø  With Breweries. When you reserve a brewery order, we will share your personal information with the selected brewery to facilitate your order. In addition, if you opt-in to a brewery newsletter while reserving your order, we will share your name and email address with the selected brewery to provide you with the requested newsletter.

Ø  Within CurbsideCraft. We may share your information within our corporate family, such as with subsidiaries, joint ventures, or affiliates, in order to efficiently carry out our business and to the extent permitted by law.

Ø  Corporate Reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share your personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We would also share your personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.

Ø  To Prevent Harm. We may share personal information if we believe it is necessary to detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person.

Ø  With Your Consent. We may request your permission to share your personal information for a specific purpose. We will notify you and request consent before you provide the personal information or before the personal information you have already provided is shared for such purpose. 

4.     CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

Ø  Amend or view your personal information. For breweries with an account, to amend or view certain personal information of yours in our possession, you can login to your account.

Ø  Google Analytics. You can control the information provided to Google by using one of the methods set forth here. You can also download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics which can be found here.

Ø  FullStory. You can-opt out of FullStory’s collection and use of the information generated by your use of our Website or App here.

Ø  Promotional Emails. You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided with each email. Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary to the Website, the App, your account, or the requested services. If you opt-in to receive brewery newsletters, you must opt-out of those brewery emails by following the instructions provided by the specific brewery.

Ø  Cookies. All session cookies expire after you close your browser. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your browser’s directions. 7.     AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Website, App, and the services offered thereon are not intended for individuals under the age of 21. Do not use our Website, our App or send us information if you are under 21. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 21, and if we discover that we have personal information about somebody under 21, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you think we have personal information about somebody under 21, please contact us as soon as possible at support@curbsidecraft.com. Our Website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us or under our control. This Privacy Notice applies solely to the personal information collected on our Website. We assume no responsibility or liability for these third-party websites.
